Warth is located at 1,400m above sea level at the point where the Bregenzerwald, the Hochtannberg and the Lech Valley meet. Here, at the northwestern extremity of the Arlberg massif, the alpine influence is still undiminished. The little Walser village of Warth has fewer than 200 inhabitants. Thanks to its altitude, the Warth-Schröcken region is a place of impressive panoramic views, where the wide horizon can be seen from a whole new angle. In winter the peaks and slopes seem to attract the snow like a magnet. The breath of the mountains is all-pervading. Generally speaking, breathing is pretty important for a lot of the activities here, such as skiing, walking, ski touring or tobogganing. Breathing is not only the driving force of our body and all its functions, but it also provides a source of strength and vitality. Simply “ussi Schnufa”, as we say here: take a deep breath of fresh mountain air and really fill your lungs in this wonderful world of unspoilt natural beauty.
The Dorfbahn cable car to the ski area
The bottom station of the 8-man Dorfbahn gondola is located opposite the hotel, providing access to the Warth-Schröcken ski area and further links to the entire Ski Arlberg region.

In Warth there are three superbly equipped sports shops which also offer ski hire facilities, all between 5 and 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Cross-country circuits & footpaths
20 km winter walking tracks and approx.17 km circuits for both skating and classical cross-country skiing. The runs around the Körbersee are especially popular.

The Spar supermarket in Warth is located in the village centre within walking distance of the hotel.
