“Fresh air and exercise in the high mountains of the Arlberg tend to make you hungry, and our team of cooks are very pleased about that. Here in Hotel Walserberg we are particularly fond of gourmet dishes made from ingredients which have been sourced in our mountains and the immediate surroundings. Along with many other excellent herbs, mountain chives grow in the alpine meadows around Warth, and they add a taste of the Alps to the Walserberg cuisine. As a sommelier and a real wine buff, I am responsible for choosing the perfect accompanying wine.” (Simon Walch, son)
