The beauty and unspoilt alpine character of this holiday region is not limited to the great outdoors. The Hotel Walserberg Kulinarium is also rooted in tradition. Try a selection of our local dishes, some of them simple honest-to-goodness comfort food, others subtly interpreted with a modern twist, but all featuring the same unwavering high quality. The ingredients used in the Walserberg Berg.Genuss are selected with care and consideration, and are seasonally sourced whenever possible.
Included in the Berg.Genuss half board, guests enjoy our Good Morning breakfast and a 5-course gourmet dinner in our congenial restaurant with views of the mountains. And we mustn’t forget the welcoming à la carte restaurant with its pizzeria.

Meal times in the hotel
Our diverse and nutritious Good Morning breakfast buffet is served daily from 07.30 to 09.30. The kitchen team is there for you from 15:00 to 21:00 and will spoil you with delicious dishes and pizzas for small and large appetites.

Our hotel lounge is the perfect place for relaxing or getting together for a chat. Sit here in the afternoon with a steaming cup of coffee or a therapeutic herbal tea; come later to enjoy a sparkling aperitif, or chill out and wind down at the end of an action-packed winter day.
